- Infrashares was formed after Brian Ross and Morteza collaborated on a research paper for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) exploring the potential application of investment crowdfunding in the financing of Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) based on Brian’s experience as a private equity developer/investor in P3s and Morteza’s role in developing Virginia’s transportation P3 program.
